Each project is assigned to a Project Manager, Estimator,
Project Superintendent and Project Coordinator. The contractor's team is formed
early, during the pre-construction phase and remains together until the project
is complete. We believe the path to a successful construction project is
continuity, good communication and attention to detail.
Both the Project Manager and Superintendent become involved
in the project during the pre-construction phase. The Project Manager assists
the estimating and design team in establishing the scope of work and reviewing
the project for its constructability. His involvement is on an advisory basis
until the project nears the final design stage. At that point he takes
responsibility for putting the final estimate together. This transition is
seamless. The Superintendent is involved early on to help establish the project
schedule and review for constructability.
At the completion of the pre-construction / value
engineering phase, our forces are mobilized for the construction phase. The
basic management team is augmented with other personnel depending on the size
and complexity of the project. There are major areas we recognize as critical
to the success of the construction phase. The following is a list of our
approach to these important aspects of construction services.
