John Pittman, President

John develops and implements strategic goals and objectives for the organization. He provides leadership, builds long-term relationships and ensures that operational planning and execution aligns with the firm’s mission.   He establishes and maintains Fransen Pittman’s standards for pre-construction and construction services.  John has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry and entered the field as a project estimator before moving into a project management position.  He is an expert in pre-construction strategy and developed the firm’s customized and proprietary estimating tools.
 
John earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo. and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Okla. He is a board member for the Subcontractor Relations Committee of the Associated General Contractors of Colorado and serves on the planning committee for Rangeview Library District's SparkOpolis event.
 
A long-time resident of Parker, Colo., John is an avid hiker and enjoys the Colorado mountains. He is married and has three children.


Jim Andrews, LEED AP, Vice President of Operations

Jim leads, coaches and administers the workload for Fransen Pittman’s project managers and project engineers.  He directs the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality and effective resource management. Jim plays a central role in transitioning projects from pre-construction to construction and monitoring progress through completion.

Jim has 30 years of experience and is adept at developing approaches and solutions to complex building plans. He is the product of four generations of construction workers and a graduate of Colorado State University’s Construction Management program. A true relationship builder, he is heavily involved in Fransen Pittman’s business development efforts.

Jim, his wife and daughter reside in Elizabeth, Colo. Jim enjoys various interests including biking, skiing, hiking and scuba diving.   


Tim Williams, Vice President and General Superintendent of Field Operations

Tim has developed Fransen Pittman’s field operations into a state leader for quality, teamwork, safety and stormwater management. He mentors and manages the firm’s field operations personnel. He also directs the firm’s project close-out and warranty programs.

Spanning more than 30 years, Tim’s construction career began with a carpentry position in his father’s company and progressed up the ladder to become Fransen Pittman’s General Superintendent. Tim is the president of the Construction Industry Training Council (CITC) and has served on the Board of Directors for more than a decade. 

Tim has called Colorado home for more than 20 years. He lives in Frederick and is married with five children. Tim enjoys trail running and spending time in Gunnison and Colorado’s Western Slope.
