Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church – Community Life Center

40,000 sq ft New Facility, Englewood, Colo.

The new Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church Community Life Center has areas for adult Sunday School, meeting rooms, a large multi-purpose room for sporting events and banquets and a full commercial kitchen. The building features customized 7 by 24 ft windows designed to meet the unique height and width dimensions of the building’s architecture. The building’s structure is composed of concrete tilt-up panels and structural steel with brick veneer. The project also included a parking lot expansion. Fransen Pittman worked closely with the project team to phase construction in a manner to allow ongoing church operations in the adjoining building throughout the construction process.
