Discovery Center and Gatehouse

4,300 sq ft New Facility, Highlands Ranch, Colo.

The Discovery Center and Gatehouse serves as the sales center for the Shea Homes’ Back Country community. The facilities are single story, steel framed buildings with interior finishes designed to create an upscale cabin environment with stone and slate flooring, exposed timber ceilings and clerestory lighting. Exterior treatments include a stone patio, large fireplace and pond.
