St. Mary’s Catholic School

18,751 sq ft Addition and Renovation, Littleton, Colo.

Fransen Pittman managed both phases of the St. Mary’s Catholic School project. The first phase involved renovating the existing structure, which occurred during the summer months and was completed by the fall semester. The second phase was building an addition with classrooms and a cafeteria for the preschool and kindergarten classes. The addition was built of steel and concrete with steel studs and has a brick veneer exterior with glass window accents. The apex of the addition is a precast steeple.
