The Surgery Center at Lutheran

15,210 sq ft Tenant Improvement, Denver, Colo.

The Surgery Center at Lutheran is located on the Exempla/Lutheran hospital campus in Wheat Ridge and provides outpatient surgery services. The first floor tenant build-out provided five operating rooms, an outpatient recovery area, and an administrative wing with doctors’ offices and administration. Design features include similar pre-op and recovery areas, shared nursing stations, a warm comfortable pallete and ample daylighting. The project was completed on an aggressive seven-month construction schedule with no interruption to the rest of the building’s medical facility operations.
