Regal Plastic had an office building and two separate warehouses that were demolished in two phases to construct a new office building and warehouse. One of the existing warehouses remained in operation while the first phase of the new building was constructed. In the next phase, the second warehouse was demolished and the remaining new building elements were constructed. The new office/warehouse facility was built with slab-on-grade and tilt-up concrete exterior walls. The tilt-up panels were painted and the storefront features an efficient window system.Design by MOA Architecture
