We recognize the difficulties faced when a new facility is occupied. To make this transition as smooth as possible we have adopted the following policies. Our Project Superintendent stays on site until the project is totally complete. We thoroughly train building staff on all new systems, and we keep close contact with the building staff through the first several months of occupancy.
