Achieving success in close-out and post-construction services.
Fransen Pittman believes that achieving project success is only possible through solid close-out and post-construction execution. We deliver an optimally functioning building, supply industry-leading client training and stand ready to resolve issues should they arise.
Taking the reins of a new or recently renovated facility can be daunting. To make this transition as smooth as possible, our superintendent stays on site until the project is totally complete and operational. We thoroughly train building staff on all new mechanical systems, and we keep close contact with the building staff through the first several months of occupancy. Our post-construction services include:
- timely completion to all punch list items
- as-Built documentation
- Ownership and Maintenance (O&M) manuals
- completed quickly
- digitally recorded training of technical systems
- one-year walk through prior to warranty expiration
- quick response to warranty work
Providing owner training in a user-friendly format.
Our owner training program is segmented into five main building systems with 36 supporting modules. We record each session and produce training DVDs sequenced by building system. Whether a session lasts several hours or days, our knowledgeable team provides instruction and test runs until our clients feel confident. Along with the training DVDs, Fransen Pittman produces indexed Operation and Maintenance manuals that serve as reference guides for years to come.
Standing behind our work -- warranty without the worry.
Our warranty program is a reflection of Fransen Pittman’s commitment and continued client service. We address any warranty items quickly and completely. We also ensure that follow-up work, be it warranty related or an entirely new project, is completed with the outstanding quality and efficiency on which our clients have come to depend.
“We wanted to take the time to extend our gratitude for providing such great service when addressing warranty items as in All Souls…The craftsmanship and detailing of such work as minimal as it was, has made this component blend in with the existing building as if it was part of the original construction.”
