Fransen Pittman General Contractors recently broke ground on a new library for Nederland, Colorado. The new library will be more than double the size of the existing facility and will help meet the needs of 3000+ library cardholders and the greater Nederland community. The facility, designed by OZ Architecture, will be constructed adjacent to the upper portion of Boulder Creek and is designed to reflect the Colorado Mountain Community atmosphere.
